Lawrence Muramba is a resilient and determined law student in the Amina’s Gift program. Growing up in Hatcliffe, Lawrence faced significant financial challenges, but his unwavering perseverance led him to excel academically. Despite having to drop out of Pace College due to financial constraints, he worked tirelessly by vending, making bricks, and digging wells to fund his education.

Lawrence’s hard work paid off as he achieved distinctions in his final high school exams, enabling him to secure a place at the University of Zimbabwe to study Law. His exceptional academic achievements and dedication caught the attention of Amina’s Gift, who have supported him with school fees, academic supplies, moral guidance, and even spectacles when his vision affected his studies.

During his time in the program, Lawrence has made remarkable contributions, including authoring and publishing several books on English Literature and Grammar, which are now being used as reference materials in schools. Lawrence’s passion for education and his gratitude for Amina’s Gift’s support continue to drive his success, and we are proud to walk this journey with him.
